Return Policy

Aashirvad makes sure that you say yes to only the best. Therefore, we have a convenient return policy to complete the entire online shopping experience. We accept order returns on delivered items under certain unavoidable conditions.

Custom duties and taxes will not entertain.

Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land. Custom Converse goods can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.

Please note no returns shall be accepted because of color and description discrepancy.

Never send back an item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

If our product has any material flaw after reviewing it, support would be available depending on your place of purchase within 7 days from the delivery date:

If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative item from our website.

No refund can be issued under any circumstances.

Color & Description Disclaimer

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishments or Sequins Missing

We assure you regarding the quality of our products. However, as regards to sequins and other beaded embroidery these have a tendency to come off. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Aashirvad sarees won't be responsible for defects of this nature.

Cancellation Policy

Buyer can cancel order by informing us well in advanced before order gets processed / put into production from our end. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have been processed and shipped out by us.

All claims/ issues are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Kolkata, India.
